The Coppid Beech

Stayed here for our visit to Lapland UK with my partner and son's family, so they had a suite and we had a normal room. The rooms were very nice - everything was clean and tidy. The staff are very friendly and polite. The breakfast in the morning was extensive and varied (although strangely there were no vegetarian sausages on offer). Not the cheapest hotel, but I think my overall experience was that it was good value for the cost. Certainly would stay here again.

Checking out shortly, we had come for our group Christmas party 10/10 service from start to finish. Staff absolutely wonderful n attentive. The DJ at the aspley? 10/10 Had a blast. Music was top tier. We've had a fantastic time will be back!!! V Dyke n friends x

Staff were very welcoming and helpful, also greeting the children. They wete always on hand if help was needed. The rooms were clean and bright. The bed was large and very comfortable. There are fish tanks on every floor which was lovely to see. Be aware that some people can be noisy and it is not always quiet. Particularly when coming home from nights out, or if they are looking for someone. It did not go on for to long or i would have contacted reception. We used the swimming pool which was warm. Only thing is if you are changing at the pool, you are changing in front of others. I would have your costume on under your clothes or take a dressing gown, so that you can go back to your room. Ok if you are comfortable, i am not. Also take a £1 coin fir the locker. Breakfast was lovely a lot to choose from. The hotel is close to Legoland which was why we were there. I would stay again.

I really cannot sing the praises of this hotel high enough! My mother recently stayed here on two occasions one, close to Christmas 2025 and the other in February 26. Mum is quite elderly and has a number of challenges, and the staff could not have been kinder, more receptive, or more attentive. It’s so refreshing to see that there are still places that have a great pride in the way that they look after people and how they care for their customers. A special mention to Mark on reception who was just fantastic. My mum has only just got home, and she’s already looking forward to her next visit! A massive thank you to everyone!

Here for a 2 night weekend during the festive period. Hotel was superb. Clean, modern, warm and friendly. The staff were very approachable and helpful. The buffet breakfast was one of the best I've had whilst being away. Plenty of selection for adults and children, usual cereals, fruit, yoghurts, juices and everything else you can imagine. Superb location for our trip. Only 1 slight downside I would say is the noise coming from the downstairs function, and people walking past our room in the early hours. Having said that, my daughter didn't wake up and it was the christmas period after all. Cost for the 2 nights BB was very reasonable. Included parking, use of all the facilities, and the breakfast again was lovely. Will definitely be back.

A large group of us stayed over the weekend and I really cannot fault a thing. The service from when we checked in, the rooms, food, entertainment and breakfast were all excellent. All the staff were helpful and friendly, considering it was so busy we were greeted with a smile everywhere. The restaurant staff were superb during breakfast, considering there must have been around 100 people at the time we were there, they were calm, super efficient in getting tables turned around, there was no shortage of food, everything was topped up before anything ran out. I would definitely recommend this place and will stay again. Oh and the shower was so powerful, just what I needed in the morning after the late night out!

We just stayed overnight had a lovely time, lovely hotel family room is superior and spacious, when we arrived the receptionist was so welcoming, the bar staff were lovely, the staff the beer keller were very lovely food was divine, but breakfast was good and tasty, could of had more options like bagels and crumpets and pain au chocolat and black pudding for the hot food, the lady at Rowans restaurant wasn't very welcoming, she asked me to put shoes on in the restaurant area which i didnt know was a problem considering me and my children walked around the hotel with our socks on but there were guests in High Visibility Jackets that were not asked to remove them if this is in terms and conditions then why was i asked and not them, she made my partner and daughter feel uncomfortable, my daughter was at the pancake machine excited to see her pancakes being made the bag needed changing and my daughter was standing their watching and was told oh i'll be a few minutes yet let me get it to work, in an abrupt tone, i didn't realise it was a crime to watch the pancakes being made, when you pay £599 overnight for a hotel you expect TOP NOTCH SERVICE nothing less

One of the best hotels I ever been is UK, I love everything the staff are very friendly, the canteen, the food, the bar, the pool etc and what is more important for me because I got a cleaning company is that all the hotel is very clean. Very good location you have a big shopping center 8 mnts away (driving), MCdonals 5 mnts driving and restaurants around here. I really recommend this hotel and definitely I will comeback here.
